Returns and Refunds

At Mezame, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your product, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

You can return unused and unopened non-fragile products within 48 hours from the order delivery date. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and condition. Ceramics, glass bowls and kits cannot be returned or exchanged. We offer 100% refund if ceramics or glassware are received broken.

Email our customer support team at care@mezame.in to return your order along with your order ID details. You may whatsapp us on +91-7676415611. Our work timings are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST from Monday to Saturday.

In case of cancellation before an order is shipped, we shall process the refund within 7 business days after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of order cancellations, returns or order refusals once the shipment has already been dispatched or in case of incorrect addresses and phone numbers that may lead to non-delivery of shipment, we shall process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse, after deducting any charges that may have been incurred by us to process the transaction, or to initiate the shipment process. For orders below Rs. 2,000/- these charges are Rs. 100/- and for orders above Rs. 2,000/- the applicable charges are Rs. 200/-.

For payments done through UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same source from which the payment was made within 7 business days of us receiving the products back. The amount may take 2-3 additional business days to reflect in your account.

Cash on Delivery option is not available at the moment. However, if available, we re-confirm all COD orders before shipping in order to minimize RTOs (Return to Origin). In case no re-confirmation is received within 48 hours, we are bound to cancel the order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Ceramics cannot be returned or exchanged. We offer 100% refund if ceramics are received broken.
