Order Processing
Orders are processed within 0-2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Partner
We have multiple delivery partners to ensure your orders are shipped safely and efficiently. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
We deliver throughout India. However, due to certain restrictions certain pincodes might be unserviceable. In such cases, we will inform the contact person mentioned in the order. We will refund all amounts for such orders.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your location:
- Bangalore: 1-3 business days
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 4-8 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Please note that these times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer free shipping on orders, unless there is a special request for an express delivery, wherein we inform the customer the extra charges depending on the courier partner and the pin code of delivery.
Return to origin charges:
In case of order cancellations, order refusals once the shipment has already been dispatched or in case of incorrect addresses and phone numbers that may lead to non-delivery of shipment, we shall process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse, after deducting any charges that may have been incurred by us to process the transaction, or to initiate the shipment process. For orders below Rs. 2,000/- these charges are Rs. 100/- and for orders above Rs. 2,000/- the applicable charges are Rs. 200/-.

Non-Delivery Days
Please note that we do not process or deliver orders on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
