PRECAUTIONARY WARNING
PRECAUTIONARY WARNING
- Please consult your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, lactating or undergoing a medical treatment for any condition
- Matcha, just like regular tea and coffee, contains small amounts of tannin, which "may" reduce iron absorption. Avoid consuming matcha closer to meals and iron-rich foods

I thought I had tasted great Matcha. Then I had Mezame.🍵
I have recently started using MEZAME matcha. So far I'm loving it. It has vibrant hue, foams very well. It has a grassy smell and tastes slightly sweet. No complaints.
